The Tokenization Operating System

The operating system for tokenized funds

AKRU operationalizes what fund managers promise — the entire fund-administration lifecycle on one event fabric, with a single source of truth. 12 modules and 54 capabilities, grouped into five suites: issue, administer, and service tokenized securities end to end, alongside the systems you already use.

The architecture

12 modules, five suites, one event fabric

Every module writes to the same event fabric, so there is one source of truth across issuance, administration, compliance, and reporting. Deploy the full operating system or license individual suites and modules into your stack. Expand any module to see its capabilities — 54 across the platform.

Across the platform

Intelligence and interoperability, spanning every module

Two capabilities run across the whole operating system — turning documents into data, and connecting institutions across chains.

AI Document Intelligence

NLP and LLM analysis reads asset, security, credit, and loan documents and converts them into structured data — share classes, waterfalls, and key terms flow straight into the cap table, tax, and reporting.

AKRU Network Roadmap

A permissioned network connecting institutions across chains — cross-chain transactions, on-chain identity, and near-instant T+0 settlement on private subnet infrastructure. In active development.

The network
Asset servicing

Asset servicing on the same fabric

Two AONFI product lines extend the operating system beyond fund administration, running on the same event fabric and the same source of truth.

AONFI Investment Management

Portfolio operations, mandate monitoring, and rebalancing workflows for managed strategies — built on the Portfolio Ops, Risk Platform, and Analytics & BI modules (09–11). Positions, valuations, and limits live on the same ledger as the fund's capital accounts, so mandates are monitored against live holdings rather than quarter-old extracts.

AONFI Loan Servicing

Loan-facility tracking and ABS/MBS credit servicing on the Portfolio Ops module (09) — facilities, covenants, and payment schedules maintained beside the assets they finance, with every servicing event written to the fabric and reflected in reporting the moment it posts.

Deployment

Take the whole operating system, or just the parts you need

Full suite

Deploy the complete 12-module operating system end to end — issuance through reporting on one platform.

Modular licensing

License individual suites or modules — e.g. just the Tax Suite or just Treasury — into the systems you already run.

White-label

Run the full platform under your own brand and administrative control.

API-first

Connect through standardized APIs and an event bus — AKRU sits around your core, not inside it.

Transfers

Compliant transfer and re-registration, built in

Compliant transfer and re-registration workflows are built in; a regulated secondary venue is on the roadmap. Identity, accreditation, and sanctions are verified before any transfer settles — inside the same compliance perimeter as the rest of the platform.

Platform FAQ

Common questions

Can we adopt AKRU modules individually?

Yes. Any of the 12 modules can be licensed individually or by suite — institutions commonly start with the Tax Suite, Treasury, or the Compliance Engine and expand from there. Every module writes to the same event fabric, so later additions share the same source of truth.

How does AKRU integrate with our existing systems?

Through standardized APIs and an event bus. AKRU runs alongside your core systems — it extends your operation rather than replacing it, and nothing has to be ripped out to adopt it.

Who owns the data?

You do. Your fund's records are your records — AKRU maintains them to a regulated standard on your behalf, and you can export them at any time.

How does migration from a prior administrator work?

As a registrar change — a recordkeeping migration that moves the securityholder register and capital accounts onto AKRU while preserving every investor's economic interests. Records reconcile against your prior administrator before go-live, and the reporting cycle stays intact.

What chain does AKRU run on?

Avalanche — in production since 2022 — chosen for institutional-grade settlement and a 90%+ transaction-cost reduction versus prior infrastructure. Instruments are permissioned and identity-bound, and key records are hash-anchored on-chain so auditors and investors can verify them independently.
